Heard Sri Vibhu Rai, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Araf Khan, learned counsel for the informant as well as Ms. Ifrah Islam, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.69 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 352, 103(1), 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Roravar, District- Aligarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The applicant is although named in the FIR but he has not been assigned the role of shooting at the deceased person rather the role of shooting has been assigned to co-accused persons Babar Quraishi and Shan @ Kallu. 5.
