This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Uvaid, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 277 of 2025, under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 126 (2), 109 (1), 118 (1), 115 (2), 352, 351 (3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station Rajpura, District Sambhal at Chandausi.
