Heard Shri Rakesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicants, Shri Ajay Kumar Singh, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicants, Smt. Anisha Begum and Bismillah , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 370 of 2025 , under Sections 318 (4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3, 5 (1) of U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, Police Station Phase IIIrd , District Gautam Budh Nagar, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below. Learned counsel for the applicants argued that the accused-applicants are innocent. They have been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and are languishing in jail since 6.9.2025.
