Akbar Shah Alam Khan, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. Ifrah Islam, learned State Law Officer and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 111 of 2025, under Sections 55, 103(2), 61(2), 152, 196, 197, 299, 351(3), 353(2) of BNS, 13 of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 67 of Information Technology (Amendment) Act and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station - Kakrauli, District - Muzaffar Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Saleem, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 04.12.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
