Heard Ms. Amrita Kashyap, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Yagyavalk Pandey, learned AGA for the State-opposite party and perused the record. 2. This bail application under section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 245 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 61(2), 325 B.N.S., section 3/5A/8 of the U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and Section 3/25 & 27 of Arms Act, Police Station Bariyarpur, District Deoria. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that co-accused Khurshid Shah has already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 24.11.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application
