Heard Shri Sunil Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Manoj Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record of the case. 2. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of applicants under section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No. 0572 of 2025, under Section 2/3 of the U. P. Gangsters & Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Jani, District Meerut, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. In gang- chart annexed as Annexure No. 2, one criminal case has been shown against them, in which applicants have been enlarged on bail. 4.
