This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicants, Babloo, Bhuvnesh and Ankit, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 415 of 2025, under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 190, 109 (1), 352, 351 (3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 7 CL Act, Police Station Junawai, District Sambhal, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below.
