Heard Sri Sudhakar Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Rama Pati Tripathi, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 163 of 2025, under Sections 140(1), 103(1), 238, 191(2), 191(3), 3(5) of BNS, Police Station - Sen Pashchim Para, District - Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Karan Varma, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 28.10.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 35200 of 2025. It is further submitted that since the case of the applicant is at par to the co-accused, who has already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parit
