Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that bail application of the applicant was rejected since bail application of co-accused, Ajay(Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. No. 6236 of 2024) was rejected by this court at that time.Subsequently second bail application no, 40009 of 2025 of co-accused Ajay, has been allowed by this court vide order dated 21.11.2025..In view of the BAIL No. 43724 of 2025 2 above it is prayed that applicant may also be enlarged on bail.He is in jail since 18.,10.2023.Another co-accused, Akash, has also been enlarged on bail vide order
