Court No. - 68 HON'BLE ASHUTOSH SRIVASTAVA, J. Heard Shri Kamlesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicants and Shri Puneet Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and perused the record. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicants namely javed and Kamaluddin, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 199 of 2025, under Sections 13/5A/5B/8 of Cow Slaughter (Prevention) Act and Section 11 of Cruelty of Animals (Protection) Act, Police Station-Chakia, District-Chandauli, during the pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicants argued that the accused-applicants are innocent. They have been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and are languishing in jail since 07.10.2025. Learned counsel for the applicants submit that similarly circumstanced co-accused Chunmun, has already been enlarged on
