Court No. - 68 HON'BLE ASHUTOSH SRIVASTAVA, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ajay Singh, learned AGA for the State-Respondent and perused the record. 2. This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 257 of 2025, under Sections 109(1) of B.N.S and Sections 3/5/8 of the U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Chilkana, District Saharanpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. He submits that the applicant is not arrested from the spot and he is not involved in the aforesaid crime in any manner. The name of the applicant surfaced in the aforesaid crime in the confessional statement of the co-accused.
