Court No. - 46 HON'BLE SIDDHARTH, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sanjay @ Ramnarayan Lodh, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 279/2022, under Sections 302, 201 of IPC, Police Station- Mohana, District- Siddharth Nagar, during pendency of trial. This is the second bail application. The first bail application of applicant was rejected by this Court on 07.05.2025. The Addl.
