This bail application under section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023/ under Section 439 of The Code of Criminal Procedure has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.224 of 2025 under Sections 3/5/8 of the U.P.
