Court No. - 68 HON'BLE ASHUTOSH SRIVASTAVA, J. Heard Shri Krishna Gopal, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Prempal, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 272 of 2025, under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 190, 109, 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Aliganj, District Bareilly, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 14.10.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Dharamveer has already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 20.11.2025
