Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 114 of 2024, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 504, 506, 302/34 of I.P.C., Police Station - Kishanpur, District - Fatehpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant, along with three other named accused persons and some unknown persons, is alleged to have assaulted two persons, causing injuries to both of them. It is further alleged that one of the injured remained in a coma for about one month and subsequently succumbed to the injuries, while the other sustained injuries in the
