The present bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed on behalf of applicant, Subhash Chandra Mishra Alias Bhagat, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 61 of 2025, under Section 8/20/29/60 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Lanka, District-Varanasi, during the pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 25 Kilogram of Ganja is alleged to have been recovered from the Car of the applicant.The recovered contraband is marginally above than the commercial quantity.
