The present bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 44 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 61(2) of BNS and Section 66-D of Information Technology Act, Police Station Cyber Crime, , District Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of the trial.
