This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Israr Uddin, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 0401 of 2024, under Sections 318(4), 316(5), 61(2) of B.N.S.2023 and Section 66 I.T. Act, Police Station-Sector-63, District-Gautam Budh Nagar, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent.
