Heard Shri Akhilesh Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri S.K.Roy, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Vijay Kumar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 282 of 2025, under Sections 3(2)(5) of SC/ST Act & 3 a/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Rampur, District Saharanpur during the pendency of the trial before the Court below. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 23.07.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that co-accused Ajay Kumar and Kohali have already been enlarged on bail by this Court on 10.11.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail
