Heard Sri Sunil Yadav, Advocate holding brief of Sri Yashpal Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.280 of 2023, under Sections 302, 201, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station Ghatampur, District Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The prosecution witnesses PW-1 and PW-2 have been examined during trial and they have not supported the prosecution story during their cross- examination. As such, there is no likelihood of conviction of the applicant in the present case. There is no criminal antecedent of the applicant. The applicant is languishing in jail since 28.6.2023 and he is
