Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 29 of 2024, under Sections 307, 504, 34, 302 of IPC, Police Station - Nizamabad, District - Azamgarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per the prosecution story, the applicant along with other co-accused persons is alleged to have been involved in an altercation on 17.01.2024 at about 09:00 P.M. over the issue of putting down sand and watering.
