Heard learned counsel for applicant and Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 77 of 2016, under Sections 302, 394, 411 IPC, Police Station Kundarki, District Moradabad, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. The recovery of certain article has been falsely foisted on the applicant, as he is not named in the FIR. It is the period of incarceration on which the applicant is entitled for bail as he is in jail since 4.3.2024 and one year and ten months have passed since his incarceration.
