Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 167 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 238/61, 315 BNS, Police Station Raksa, District Jhansi, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR. The last seen evidence has been created which does not inspire any confidence, whatsoever. The applicant has been nominated on the basis of suspicion only. A false recovery of a cloth and mobile phone has been foisted on the applicant and co-accused person, as such, the applicant is entitled for bail. The
