List has been revised. 2. Heard Sri Ashutosh Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Ravi Prakash, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Abhishek Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 35 of 2025, under Sections 3(5), 103(1), 238, 118(2) of BNS, Police Station - Lohata, District - Varanasi, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Sultan @ Teepu, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 29.10.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 35885 of 2025. It is further submitted that since the case of the applicant is at par to the co-accused, who has already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity. 5.
