Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 481 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2)(Ka) BNS, Police Station Kairana, District Shamli, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He is not named in the FIR. His name has come up on the basis of suspicion only as she had conversations with her paramour. The said allegations are per se false. There is no cogent evidence against the applicant. 5.
