Heard Sri Sarvjeet Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.542 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 103(1) B.N.S. (corresponding Sections 147, 302 I.P.C.), Police Station- Karvi Kotwali Nagar, District- Chitrakoot, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The applicant is not named in the FIR and his name has come up later on, to be one of the villagers who assaulted the victim considering her to be a thief in the statement of one of the eye-witnesses subsequently. 5.
