This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant,Radhaballabh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 112 of 2025, under Sections 8/20/29/60 of NDPS Act, Police Station-Farah, District-Mathura, during pendency of trial.
