Pal, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned State Law Officer and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 243 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 61(2), 103(1), 3(5) of BNS, Police Station - Rudrapur, District - Deoria, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. It is also stated that the applicant is not named in the FIR and his involvement has surfaced only on the basis of his alleged confessional statement and certain CCTV footage. Even the said
