This petition has been preferred by the Junior Bar Association through its President, Secretary and Prakashan Mantri whereas the tenure/ term of the governing body of the association as accepted by learned counsel for the petitioner has already come to an end. The Elder's Committee has taken over as per the by-laws of the Association. 3. No doubt, it is a court annexed bar association but the petitioners cannot maintain this petition as they are no longer President, Secretary and Prakashan Mantri of the governing body of the association.
