Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of CERTIORARI, to quash the impugned notice dated 27.11.2025, Letter No. 381/ illegal encroachment/ 2025-26 issued by the opposite party no. 5 i.e. Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Rudauli, District- Ayodhya by which the petitioner has been directed to close the door of his house which has been opened at Non Z.A.
