The only prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the Respondent No.2 namely Sub Divisional Magistrate, Khadda, District Kushi Nagar to conclude and decide the proceedings of Case No.1565 of 2023 (Computerized Case No.T202305440501565), Jalekha vs. Haleema Khatoon), under Section 35(2) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within stipulated period. 2. Heard counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 2 as well as Shri Sudhir Bharti, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.3. 3.
