To recall the order dated 05.10.2024 passed by the respondent no.2/Nayab Tehsildar, Tehsil Badlapur, District Jaunpur in Case No.RST/5783/2024, an application has been filed respondent No.6/Janta Devi. 2. It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. 3. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that respondent No.2 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. In the facts and circumstance of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2/Nayab Tehsildar, Tehsil Badlapur, District Jaunpur to decide the Restoration Application expeditiously and preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law but without granting any unnecessary
