Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 2. The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition inter-alia with the following prayer:- "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the concerned authorities to develop and construct a proper drainage system for the village. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent no. 3 to decide the representation dated 11.06.2025." 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that though a considerable time has lapsed but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. 4. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself. 5.
