The petitioners have preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the following prayers :- "i) issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 17.1.2026 and proceeding of Appeal No. 2924/2026, 2925/26, Jitendra Pal Singh and others Vs. Ram Swaroop and others pending before Respondent no.3" 2. From perusal of the record it is clear that no judicial order whatsoever has been passed against the petitioners till date by the respondent no.1-Commissioner, Bareilly Division, Bareilly and only direction was given by him to transfer the restoration application in the court of Additional Commissioner (Administration).
