The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Assistant Collector/Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil Lalganj, Mirzapur to ensure implementation of the orders dated 13.05.2025. 27.06.2025 and 23.07.2025 passed under Section Sec 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Annexure Nos.3, 4 and 5 to the writ petition), on the strength of the provision contained in Paragraph 460 of the U.P. Revenue Court Manual within a period of time specified by this Hon'ble Court. (ii)Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus authorities to commanding the respondent consider and decide the representation dated 01.11.2025 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of time specified by this Hon'ble Court." 2.
