In the proceedings initiated under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, order was passed in his favour on 16.07.2025. It is argued that the aforesaid order has not been complied with till date and prays to direct the respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Officer, Rajapur Chitrakoot to comply with the aforesaid order. 2. In this view of the matter, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Officer, Rajapur Chitrakoot to do the needful to comply its own order dated 16.07.2025 unless there is no legal impediment.
