Pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 18.02.2026, personal affidavit of the Respondent Nos.2 namely Additional Commissioner (Administration), Jhansi Division, Jhansi & Respondent No.3 namely Additional District Magistrate (Judicial), Lalitpur were filed today in the Court, the same are taken on record. 2. After going through the pleadings contained in the writ petition as well as pleadings contained in the affidavit filed today in the Court, it transpires that order dated 28.10.2025 passed by the Respondent No.2 in Case No.1727 of 2025, Computerized Case No.C202506000001727 is a non speaking order. 3. In this view of the matter, order dated 28.10.2025 passed by the Respondent No.2 namely Additional Commissioner (Administration), Jhansi Division, Jhansi is liable to be set aside and is hereby set aside with direction to the Respondent No.2 to pass a fresh order in accordance with la
