The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to direct the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Prayagraj to initiate the proceedings against the private respondents namely respondent nos.5 & 6. 2. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that though in this regard representations have been made before the respondent nos.2-District Magistrate, Prayagraj and 7-Pradhan, Gaon Sabha, Koksad, Tehsil- Karchhana, District Prayagraj but till date no action has been taken hence present writ petition. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 4. From perusal of the records it appears that the relief sought for by the petitioner by way of representation before the respondent no.2 is against the private respondents namely respondent nos.5 & 6. 5.
