After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer to direct the respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Dumariyaganj District Siddharth Nagar to pass appropriate orders on the application submitted by the petitioner under Section 67-A of the U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006. 2. Learned Standing Counsel argued that the respondent No.2 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Dumariyaganj District Siddharth Nagar to take a decision in the matter expeditiously strictly in accordance with law but after providing opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned unless there is no legal impediment.
