The proceedings initiated against the petitioner under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 being Case No.357 of 2023 (Gram Samaj Vs. Narendra Singh) was dropped by order dated 16.11.2023. It is argued that against the aforesaid order, on the application moved by the panel lawyer of Gaon Sabha on 19.02.2024, the proceeding were again initiated which is not permissible in law. He placed reliance upon the order dated 21.05.2025 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Writ C No.16386 of 2025 (Sompal Vs. State of U.P. and others). 2. Matter requires consideration. 3.
