Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record. 2. After some arguments, counsel for the petitioners confined his prayer and prayed to direct the Respondent No.2 namely Additional Commissioner (Administration), Varanasi Region, Varanasi to decide the appeal filed by the petitioners under Section 207 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 being Case No.3433 of 2025, Computerized Case No.C202514000003433, expeditiously. 3.
