The only prayer made in the writ petition is to direct the respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Gobardhan District Mathura to mutate the name of the petitioner on the basis of the Vasiyatnama 2. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that in this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation before the respondent No.2 on 22.10.2025 which is still pending. 3. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that for the relief sought by the petitioner, the petitioner has remedy to file appropriate application as per procedure prescribed under the U.P.
