The relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct in the nature of certiorari to the Respondent Nos. 2, 3 & 4 to demolish the house of the Respondent Nos. 5, 6, 7 & 8 from Khad-ka-Gaddha, Khasra No. 136, Khata/Khatauni No. 00142, its Area 0.0570 Hectare is exist in the revenue record Khyatauni is situated at Village Mohabbatpur, Jeeta, Pargana Kara, Tehsil Sirathu, District- Kaushambi as well as punish to respondent nos. 5, 6, 7 & 8. 2. The petitioner is a complainant, who made a complaint before the respondent no. 2, namely District Magistrate, Kaushambi, on 19.12.2022. It is argued that though in the aforesaid complaint proceedings were initiated against the private respondents, but till date the respondent no. 2 has not demolished the house of private respondents namely respondent nos. 5, 6, 7 and 8 constructed over Khaad ka Gattha, situated at Khasra No. 136 area 0.05
