Order dated 26.09.2023 passed by the Respondent No.2 namely Assistant Collector/Tehsildar, Tehsil Shikarpur, District Bulandshahar in the proceedings initiated under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is under challenge. 2. Against the aforesaid order, statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioner to approach the concerned competent authority as provided under Section 67(5) of the U.P.
