The petitioner alleges construction of a drain and road by the Nagar Panchayat- Pali, District- Hardoi on the petitioner's "Bhumidhari" land bearing Gata No. 236. 3. The contention for counsel for the Nagar Panchayat is that the assertion of the petitioner is incorrect. 4. The petitioner can seek demarcation of boundaries of his Gata No. 236, if he is recorded in respect thereof as a 'Bhumidhar' and thereafter if there is a cause to avail the legal remedies as prescribed. 5.
