HON'BLE AMITABH KUMAR RAI, J. The petitioner, feeling aggrieved by the non-execution of the recovery certificate issued by U.P.R.E.R.A. against respondent no.4, has filed the present writ petition. Learned counsel for respondent no.4, Sri R.P. Shukla says that the amount awarded by U.P.R.E.R.A. has been deposited before it, as per the calculation of its chartered accountant. However, the counsel for the petitioner says that the entire amount has not been deposited. Sri Mahendra Kumar Mishra, learned Standing Counsel for the State says that in view of the stand of respondent no.4, Awas Vikas, the entire money has been deposited before U.P.R.E.R.A. and the recovery certificate has been returned back.
