Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing Respondent No. 4 (Senior Branch Manager) and its concerned officers to forthwith activate and de-freeze the petitioner's Current Account No. 77320200000674 and complete the KYC updation strictly as per RBI guidelines. b. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondents and its concerned officers to credit all FDR amounts linked with the petitioner's account without delay. c. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondent Bank and its concerned officers to Declare that GST status is not a mandatory KYC document and respondents
