Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel representing State-respondents and perused the record on board. 2. This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the following relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2, Consolidation Officer Padrauna, Kushi Nagar to decide the application Under Rule 109 of U.P.C.H. Act dated 12.10.1989, pending before him within stipulated period." 3. It has been submitted that the aforementioned application is pending consideration for a substantial period of time; however, no efforts are being made to get the same decided expeditiously. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection, in case, a direction is issued for early disposal of the aforementioned matter. 5.
