Heard Sri Shashi Kant Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Awadhesh Kumar Patel, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The instant petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Hon'ble Board of Revenue, U.P., Lucknow/Respondent no. 1 to decide the pending Case/Revision No. REV/1477/2024 (Computerized Case No. R20241667001477), (Bhola Nath Tiwari Versus Ram Chandar Dubey & Others) U/s 219 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 which pending before him expeditiously, preferably as this Hon'ble Court may deed fit and proper. ii. Issue any other suitable order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case to meet the end of justice. iii.
