Instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the following relief:- "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2/Deputy Director of Consolidation, Ballia District-Ballia to decide Reference Case No.122/2025 (Old No.4/12-13) (State vs. Ram Sunder And Others) U/S 48(2) of Consolidation of Holdings Act expeditiously/within time bound period." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection, if a direction is issued to decide the aforesaid case, expeditiously. 4.
